proportions and a whole lotta nursing stuff

i'm sitting at my computer typing up a paper about the symmetrical proportions of the Parthenon and trying to count up all the columns that Vitruvius thought would make an ideal temple. No problem, I have witnessed some pretty well proportioned things in my life so I can do this ;)

And its so funny because now I'm like wow I chose to minor in art history after I spent the past nine hours in a hospital worrying about a patient that had an ileostomy, tracheotomy, was on a ventilator, had three suctioned tubes coming out of him (2 JP and an nasogastric tube), a multi-med cath, MANY MANY IV medications going in there, foley cath, and was getting TPN feeds. and that was just my first night at critical care i think i saw every technical thing in the book!

and really, i want a pair of UFO pants real bad!! i must get to a mall this weekend. i've even been dreaming about them.
